N Hotel

We ordered Pompano fish, Caesar salad, a fruit platter, and Calamansi juice at the restaurant in N Hotel, and everything came quickly and tasted great. The place was neat, with a phenomenal atmosphere. The hotel itself feels humble and quiet, but the dining experience was outstanding. I'd love to come back.

We ended up leaving for another hotel after spending an hour and a half in the lobby, until 9:30pm, while staff called managers to try to sort out our booking. We had reserved online after chatting with Ma’am Princess through the Facebook page. I asked for a room for two adults and two kids, and was told a delux room would fit us. At check-in they said there weren't enough beds and wanted another p1200 for a folding bed. They admitted they'd made a mistake, but still wouldn't provide it free, even though online customer service had told me there would be two double beds for 4pax. As foreigners, we have a higher standard for customer service, I know. They denied my refund, saying I had already checked in. I've never had worse customer service at a hotel.

The facilities are good, with a gym and a large convention area that can fit more than a hundred participants. Staff were attentive and helpful with what we needed, and they went out of their way for us. I'd book here again.
