For what they charge, the service and quality just aren't there. The receptionist and staff don't know how to speak to guests, the water pressure is weak, and there are no outlets. They didn't provide shampoo, a toothbrush, or toothpaste either. It feels like they're trying to save money while charging Sogo prices. Not worth it.
