The location is convenient in that it's the only hotel near the city, but without a car you'll have to wait for public transport. The rooms are old, dark, and pretty typical. Staff were fair, and there's nothing to serve. It's fine for me and fair for the price, though not suited to people used to high-end hotels and accommodations. Breakfast isn't included, so you have to order it separately. Toothbrushes and toothpaste aren't provided. I tried the sisig, which was just okay, but the pancit was amazing and the serving was enough for two people. The internet was bad and I couldn't work properly. Shower water pressure was weak.

It was comfortable to sleep in, though the room was a little old. The water heater didn't work, and the aircon was loud.

The staff are always nice!!! The water heater was unpredictable. In the shower, the water would get fully hot for about 10 seconds and then turn cool, over and over. There's no shower curtain, so the bathroom floor got wet and slippery, which was dangerous. The front desk put us in the wrong room, and we had to move to the right one about 15 minutes after going in. Luckily, we hadn't unpacked.

Our second stay was much better than the so-so first visit about a month earlier. The room was nicer and super clean, and it had a balcony. It came with AC, bathroom amenities, towels, a kettle, coffee, and water. The bed was comfortable, and the AC cooled the room quickly. There's a good-sized swimming pool and nice car parks at both the front and back. A smoking area is set aside in the car park. The internet needs improvement because it keeps saying "not available". The room was very dirty, with empty beer bottles still there. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Bedsheets were old and torn, and they provided only 1 towel.
