The place was clean, cozy, and well kept, and anything we needed was available. When we had a small request, it was handled quickly and politely. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, kind, attentive, and ready to help. You can tell they take pride in looking after guests. The owner added a personal touch by making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. It made the stay feel sincere rather than just transactional. We had a pleasant, stress-free visit and would gladly return and recommend it to friends and family. 💛

The food and coffee were a highlight. Everything was full of flavor and seemed made with care. Try their Tapasilog, Sinigang, and Sisig, so so good. We stayed two nights at this cozy hotel in Clark, and I was impressed. It was my partner's first time in the Philippines, which made the visit extra special. From arrival on, every staff member was warm, attentive, and quick to help. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. With 24-hour reception and nighttime security, I felt safe and relaxed. It's rare to find comfort, style, and genuine hospitality together like this. Highly recommend for a peaceful, memorable stay in Clark.

Room 9 was comfortable, and the customer service was great. One small thing to address: the toilet floor tiles may need maintenance. The shower water also had a slight odor at first, though it eventually went away. Thank you.

The owner was awesome, and we even got to play Mobile Legends with him! The food was delicious too: we ordered crispy kare-kare, chopsuey, and sinigang na salmon, and everything tasted amazing. Breakfast was complimentary, with different kinds of silogs, all equally tasty. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Two thumbs up, I'd definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
