The location worked well for the port, and the people were friendly, but the place wasn't very clean or quiet. I booked while we were on standby for a RORO and paid 1,600 pesos for a room that should have cost half as much. There are no places to eat nearby.

Breakfast wasn't available at 7am, and the amenities were poorly maintained. The staff weren't very friendly or helpful with guest needs. I'd only stay here if stranded with no other choice. Not recommended.

The bedding was stained, and the bar played loud music until 10:30am. Planes were also flying in and out from the airport runway, which is no more than 150 feet away. We had no power from midnight, and the hotel hadn't told us it would shut off. If you need to charge your phone while traveling, you might wake up sweaty with a dead phone. The one upside is the beach and being only five minutes from airport departures. I wouldn't recommend it unless it's your only choice.

Room A5 was fine for an overnight stop when there are no boats going to Boracay. It had a TV with no reception, no kettle, and no complimentary bottled water, so bring your own. Tricycles to the jetty port or airport are available outside for 150Php.

It's a convenient spot near the airport for an overnight stay before an early flight, and the small room seems reasonable for the price. The customer service wasn't very good, though. The website claimed free Wi-Fi, but there wasn't any, and the standard room didn't look like the photos. There's no electric kettle either. Still, it's a nice option for staying near the airport overnight.
