The Hotel Andrea

The bed was firm and comfortable, but the pillows were too firm and the blanket was too warm. With cold aircon and such a warm blanket, I couldn't find a comfortable balance. The room, bathroom, and even the lavatory were small by Philippine standards, and the water pressure wasn't up to standard either. Each of these is a minor thing on its own, not a deal breaker, but they add up.

We stayed from 03 Sep - 8 Sep 2025 and had a really pleasant visit. The staff were great, especially Ricx, Jayvee, Alvin, Aila, and the other lady at reception. They were friendly and helpful throughout. The housekeeping crew were cheerful too, always greeting us in the lobby and hallway. Our kid had lost her ipad a few days before we left, so we asked to see the cctv footage. They provided it the next day, and after we checked out, they called to say they'd found the device somewhere in the lobby. We arranged to collect it and had it shipped to us. The prices were fair, and we'll definitely come back.

My stay was very pleasant, and the welcome was warm. The breakfast and facilities were superb. I got more than I paid for and will definitely bring my family here.

Just as you're trying to fall asleep, you can hear water draining through the pipes, like someone above you is using the bathroom. Why is it set up that way? They should fix the routes of the sanitary lines.
