We were saved when our original booking at another hotel was cancelled during Sinulog. This place had the last room, and the staff, especially at the front desk, were really friendly and accommodated all our requests. The price was reasonable for its spot in the heart of Cebu City. It's not a high-end hotel, but the room was clean and had AC, nice beds, cabinets, a kettle, and cups. The bidets could use an update, and stronger Wi-Fi would improve the stay. Still, it was a great experience.

The neighborhood felt filthy and unsafe, and the location was terrible. Inside, the place was crawling with cockroaches and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Avoid it.

I stayed three days and found the hotel affordable and clean, a good place to stay in Cebu City. It was quiet most of the time, though karaoke from the top of the building could be annoying when I was trying to sleep. The crew were respectful and approachable, and I liked that they accept group check-ins. I'd recommend it.

I liked the rooms, though there was a little noise outside. The service was why I gave it one star. I politely asked the front desk for the room rate, and the staff member just pointed her mouth toward the glass while an older woman nearby smirked. I don't know if that woman worked in that area, but the interaction felt unprofessional. I'd never been treated that way before.

The room was surprisingly nice for the price, clean, and they even gave us a cute toiletries box. It's right in the heart of Cebu City, with places to walk around nearby, only two blocks from metro, and one ride to SM cebu and ayala malls. Room 312 was cozy and quiet. I'd recommend staying here.
