The location was handy, with important places easy to reach, and the room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff were really friendly and helpful, maayo kaayo mo-assist. Had a pleasant stay at Apple Tree Suites, and I'd highly recommend it.

When I arrived, the receptionist said my reservation had been canceled, even though I'd received a confirmation and my card had been charged. I never got any notice about a cancellation. I'd booked two rooms for two nights through a third-party platform, and the lack of coordination with management was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

For one night, it's okay. The rooftop is nice, but the rooms are very small, and some have no windows and a really noisy air conditioner. Average hotel for this price range.

I book ahead through a third-party app, and this time I reserved two rooms for three nights. The hotel canceled them after a week. I was shocked, as this was the first time a hotel had canceled my booking. After reading comments here, I found out I wasn't the only one this happened to. Such a disappointment.
