McDonald’s and 7-eleven are nearby, and the Wi-Fi is fast. But the noise was awful. We were on the seventh floor with the windows shut, yet traffic and people talking outside sounded like we were on the ground floor. I had to wear noise-cancelling headphones to sleep. The staff said they’d clean the room and refresh the amenities every two days, but they never did, so we had to go downstairs to ask for toilet paper. The toilet flush broke, and after we reported it, they said they’d send someone but never did. We also found a bunch of ants on the bed.

I was there from July 7-9, and the customer service was lacking. At check-in, we were told the linens, towels, and room cleaning would be refreshed every two days, but we had to remind the staff about those services. I also had to ask daily for soap and shampoo to be replenished, even though that should happen automatically.

For the price, the two-bed room felt luxurious and comfortable. It’s in the heart of the city, right by the highway, which is convenient. There’s room for improvement: the TV and its Wi-Fi connection could be better, and hangers, mats, and a chair and table would help people who need to work. Maybe they could add a water dispenser in the hall too. Please provide packaged soap, the bars in our room had been opened.

It’s affordable for people on a limited budget, and cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well maintained, and the hallways smelled nice. The toilet and bath were spacious, and the shower heater worked.
