My family and I spent two nights here, and it was a waste of money. The comfort room was disgusting and very dirty. There were stains everywhere, on the walls, beds, chairs, you name it. Avoid this hotel at all costs. 🙏🙏🙏

My room was huge and clean, even though the property is very old and dilapidated. For a short, one-day stay, it’s decent if you’re not picky, and the value for money and cleanliness are okay. The mini refrigerator worked, but I didn’t try the TV. There’s a terrace with a table and chairs, though it connects to other rooms and anyone can access it, so keep the sliding door locked. The bathroom has no bidet, but they can provide a balde and kabo if you ask. The shower was broken and rusty, and the old air conditioner was noisy. It’s around 5 km from Ayala, about 3 km from Fuente, and roughly 5 km from downtown and the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño de Cebu. Jeepneys are available, but service to Ayala and SM is quite infrequent. I’ll come back if I have events to attend.

I’ve been sitting in the restaurant with no AC, and nobody has even asked if I want anything. The service has been terrible so far. They said an early check-in, just 50 minutes ahead of time, would cost 1000 php, even though our booking cost less than that. It’s definitely cheap, but you get what you pay for. I think this is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. We’re going to book somewhere else and give up the money we spent. It’s that bad.
