After just one night, I left because the place wasn't as advertised. The appliances and furnishings were extremely run down and needed updating or renovation: the TV had a broken speaker and screen, the bathroom vanity was coming off the wall, the wardrobe hardware was falling apart, and the AC couldn't cool the room enough, among other issues. The staff were very accommodating about refunding the unused nights. I'd only consider staying for budget reasons; otherwise, look elsewhere.

The place has potential, but a lot of things didn't seem thought through. There was no chopping board, just one sharp knife, no teaspoons, the extractor fan wasn't plugged in, and the TV had no signal. My view was a basketball court, and ants bit me every night. Still, I felt safe with the pleasant, competent security, and the cleaner was just a phone call away. The office staff, my second point of contact, weren't very welcoming and made me nervous. A smile, a welcome, maybe a quick tour so you know where you are, and a few supplies so you don't have to go out on that first day would make a difference. After a long flight, you want to rest. Funny enough, with no TV I talked more, got to know someone, and found love.

I wish I could attach photos of rooms # 7132 and 7101. They looked disgusting and dirty, smelled so bad, and had broken furniture. The AC wasn't in good condition, and the beds were disgusting too. For one night I paid 9,600.00 pesos, far too much for a rubbish place. The information on the websites was misleading. I wouldn't recommend this even to my worst enemy. I hope action is taken. I really liked this place. The owner was so nice and kept communicating with me when an issue came up. I appreciate that.
