The pool is really nice, and the location works well for us, but I'm still disappointed overall. The rooms are very small, and I hadn't expected there to be no mini fridge. I've stayed at Eon Hotel about five times, including February 5-6 for two nights. The internet was poor, slow, and unstable years ago, and it was the same on this visit. It affected my work. For a hotel in the heart of the city, this basic service shouldn't still be a problem. Guests need internet for work, bookings, and communication, yet the hotel seems to treat it as optional. I expected improvement by now, and it's frustrating that nothing has changed. I don't know if I'll return unless the internet improves.

I came expecting the worst after reading the reviews, but was surprised to find a clean room that smelled good. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel had a nice view, gym, and swimming pool, and the staff were friendly. The desk lady and security guards were all smiling and pleasant. I find it funny that one girl made three accounts to give the hotel one star because they charged her for stains. Maybe some people are moody. If you smile, people will smile back. For me, the hotel was perfect.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and even checked whether we could arrive early, then let us check in ahead of time. Our room was small, but clean, bright, and comfortable. The view was fantastic. There's a gym and a pool, though the pool was under maintenance.

The room was clean enough and manageable for a short stay, though only a little bit okay. What really bothered us was being charged ₱1,000 for a stain we didn’t make. That felt unfair and frustrating. The CR also had no bidet, which many guests consider a basic need.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The towel already had a stain when we got it, but we were still charged for it. Towels also get dirty through normal use. With basic amenities missing, including a bidet, the stay just wasn’t worth it.
