It can be a little hard to get to, right across the main highway in Mandaue, but Fely Ann Residences is quiet, modern, and upscale. I enjoy having a secluded space to myself and waking up to the view from the window. You can see city traffic, buildings, and homes spread out below. There's not much noise apart from the neighbors. I like it here. ;)

The room was tiny and suffocating, with a bad smell. There was still rubbish from the previous guest, and the usual soap and shampoo dispensers had been replaced with used water bottles. The mini-kitchen sink had no water, while the bathroom sink had such forceful pressure that my clothes got soaked as soon as I turned it on. The bathroom itself was very small, like they'd fitted a room into an empty corner of the building. We booked a different room, but the front desk said RedDoorz's online system hadn't been updated, so we were given this one instead. We also had to search for this part of the hotel at the back of the building, managed by Fely Anne, rather than the Express Inn named out front. Should've read the reviews first. Worst RedDoorz ever. Bah.

The rooms are very old, and the air conditioner can't cool the whole space. There's no bidet, and the shower is broken. Not worth the price.
