Book my unit and you get free use of the pool and gym. Inside the condo community, it feels peaceful even though it’s in the city. There’s a breezy feel and you can hear birds. In the morning, the roosters make it feel like you’re out in a rural area.

We can’t enjoy the balcony because the dump site brings bad smells, flies, and an unpleasant view. I’ve raised the issue several times, but nothing has improved. Whenever the garbage collector comes, the awful smell lasts for hours, so we have to shut all the windows. It would be better to store the garbage somewhere out of sight of residents.

The studio has a decent amount of space, several power outlets, and sockets ready for an internet cable. Parking is free for the first four hours, then there’s a fee. Residents can also buy a parking space through the building admin and rent it to others when they need to. Each building has an elevator with a 10-person capacity. There’s one security staff member in each building, and housekeeping takes care of the common areas. In front of the elevators, residents’ guests can wait in an enclosed lobby with A/C and couches, and there are mailboxes for residents.

I rented here for 1month and still had to pay 200 pesos perday to use the small pool. The pool isn’t free. Hahahahahaahahha, who charges that?

Both pools are amazing. It’s a quiet spot in the metro where you can unwind and get a quick break from busy city life.
