La Guardia Flats 2 - 802

I don’t like living here. The hotel/condo has so many restrictions, like not being allowed to cook or hang clothes on the balcony. Where are we supposed to put them? I also don’t like the guards’ attitude. They treat us like outsiders.

There’s a wheelchair-accessible entrance from the carpark and two lifts serving all floors. The pool area isn’t accessible, though. Private units have different layouts, so if you’re renting, ask the owner whether the bathroom is wheelchair friendly.

It’s very convenient to live here, close to IT Park and just a short trip to Ayala, Metro, restaurants, and more. The highway is five minutes away, where you can wait for a taxi, and you can ask a guard to call one without going outside. There’s also a laundry and water station in the basement. The guards greet you whenever you come and go, which I find courteous, and their manner was what made me choose the place. You aren’t allowed to stay on the rooftop by the pool. I think it’s a perfect place for retirement.

I’d suggest that building management set aside a spot for dogs and cats to go potty, and encourage owners to clean up after their pets. 🙏
