Rianne Hotel and Suites

The room had plenty of space for the price, and breakfast was included, so it felt like good value. The WiFi was really fast, and the location was close to pretty much everything. Staff and the guard were absolutely friendly and accommodating, always helping with a smile. Our window faced a wall, so no natural light got in and we had gloomy yellowish lighting throughout the stay. Taxis also had trouble finding the place. There were no closet hangers or bathroom towel rack. Still, it's a good place to stay, and I'd book here again if I need somewhere in the city.

Breakfast comes with the room, and it was good. The WiFi worked great throughout the building, even for streaming videos in the room. Other hotels often have terrible WiFi in the room, but this was the only place where we really enjoyed using it. The hotel was clean and tidy, affordable, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. When we got out of the taxi without small change, the guard on duty lent us money for the fare. We'll look for this place again whenever we're in Cebu.

The people were kind and helpful, and the WiFi worked great. There was also refill water in the hallway. The rooms were small and smelled of paint. We got just one roll of toilet paper, with no spare unless we asked, though most hotels provide one. The fried eggs at breakfast were undercooked. It seems like a work in progress, but the staff are nice.

We got more than we paid for at this low-priced business hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable, the internet was high speed, and the staff were very good. Our company will definitely keep coming back.
