Sunday Hostel

The location saved us from spending on fares, especially since we had things to do near Ayala, and the price was good. I booked through agoda for just over 800, or around 1,000-something with fees, and stayed three nights in rm305. The view isn’t much if that’s what you’re after, since the building isn’t very tall. The heater worked great, and we liked the breakfast, even though the choices were limited. The place really exceeded my expectations. Five stars, especially for the staff, including Babylen at the morning reception.

The staff were really nice, but I’d only stay here for a night. The rooms are quite large, though the small air conditioner doesn’t cool very well, and the shower could be cleaner. Breakfast is very basic. We requested a room with a window and got one facing the back of the building, so there was no air and no reason to open it.

The staff are the best part, always polite and ready to help. It’s a hostel with basic amenities, and a good budget option if you’re visiting Cebu.

It’s really spacious and close to Ayala malls. We’ll come back :)
