The rooms are very basic, and there's no daily cleaning. They will swap your towel if you ask, though. I was unsure about the place at first, but this minimalist setup ended up working well for my needs. The staff are lovely, friendly, helpful and awesome, and I felt safe with cameras and security keeping watch around the clock. There was no noise problem for me, even though the picnic spot out back is lit up at night and the community often uses it for parties. I stayed in April 2024 for an event at a nearby resort, and this was a much cheaper option than staying there. The cafe downstairs is nice. The local mall is a $1 trip in a bike taxi, and next to it I found a $5 all-you-can-eat buffet. The locals were super friendly. The washroom and shower aren't pretty and could use an upgrade, but both work. For the price, I wasn't expecting much from the rooms.

Our stay was safe, and at least the staff were friendly. Getting checked in took a while because the staff member didn't believe how much we would pay after my online booking discount, lol. The room wasn't clean enough. The bedsheet and blanket looked like they hadn't been changed, and with no doormat, we used toilet paper to dry our feet after bathing. The showers didn't work properly. There were no lights on the stairs, and dogs roamed freely.

Trying to save money here didn't work out. We had a confirmed booking, but when we arrived at 9 pm, they said there were no rooms available. We were two young women, and nobody helped us find somewhere else or arrange a ride. It was dark on the road and almost deserted. Really bad service and a bad feeling about the place.

We didn't check in. The property was under construction when we arrived, which might have been fine if we'd been warned. Staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful, and we weren't sure the area was safe. Although the reservation had been booked and paid for, they seemed unsure about the transaction.

The clean room was one good thing, but the water pressure was so low I had to shower with a bucket. To get there, I called the number on the notice board and a guy came over with the key. I booked because I thought it was near the airport. Wrong. You can't book a cab from there, so I had to take a trike to the main road, then a jeepney to lapu lapu, and finally book a cab to the airport. What an experience. Much love and harmony to all ❤️🙏🏼
