We were upgraded to a second-floor quad room with two double beds and a balcony. It had a hot shower, TV, aircon, and fan, though the aircon was very dusty and seemed never to have been cleaned. There was a refill station in the hallway for our bottles. We only got one towel for two people and no toiletries, just toilet paper. The second bed had no top sheet. When we asked for another towel, they said the towels had gone to the laundry. A bedside lamp would have been nice. WiFi kept dropping. We had room 10. Noise from the bar behind the building was only noticeable when the aircon was off, so it didn’t bother us. The location is great, within walking distance of restaurants and the boats for day tours. It’s budget accommodation with comfortable rooms and a great location. I’d recommend it and stay again.

Shops were easy to get to, and the location was good. The room was clean and had a balcony where you could watch the sunset. One mirror screw was a bit loose. There were two beds, but we were short one towel and had to get one from the lobby. WiFi was weak, making it hard to watch anything properly. The bathroom was a problem: a tap leaked, the hot water didn’t work, and a small section of wire was exposed, which was concerning. The sink was unstable, and the door was hard for the kids to open.

Town and the shops are easy to reach on foot, which is handy if you want to walk around or go out to the Restobar. The room was clean, though the noise was hard to ignore: you could hear the Restobar at night, traffic from street-facing rooms, and the aircon too. Breakfast is an optional add-on when booking. They provide bath soap, a towel, and tissue, but no drinking water, toothpaste, or toothbrush, so bring your own.

For the price, it’s a simple, clean room. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the staff helped arrange our airport transfer. If you’re after an inexpensive, basic hotel in Coron, this worked well for us.

The staff were dedicated and helpful, and the hotel was clean and budget friendly. There’s a pub nearby playing music until around 10 or 11 pm. If you want to stay in a prime area, that seems like a reasonable tradeoff, not the hotel’s fault. Recommended.
