The house is very affordable, and the staff are the best, making sure your stay is relaxing and stress free. My only concern is the restroom. The floor and tiles seem wrong for a bathroom, and they're so smooth that you could slip if you aren't careful. It also smells.

We were a group of more than 20 friends, and the homestay suited us quite well. It's away from the town area but close to McDonald's. The floor wasn't very clean, perhaps because it's on an island. The road is hilly, and cars can't make it all the way up the stairs, so we had to walk and carry our luggage upstairs.

The service and the staff's genuine concern made the downsides easier to overlook. The villa sits on a hill, so going up and down felt like extra exercise, and the pictures online were a bit misleading.

The place is good, but it needs some maintenance, especially with the electricals. Getting there is difficult because the road up is very rough, and rain makes it worse. A tricycle ride to town costs 10 pesos per person.

The staff are nice and the place feels cozy. The water pressure does drop really low sometimes, though.
