Nadelmar Hotel and Resort

The staff were good, but the place felt like management or the owner just didn't care. The yard and buildings weren't cleaned, with bird droppings where people use the facilities and dirty handrails and steps. We had three washrooms but only one toilet worked. The other two wouldn't flush, so they had to be plunged every day. The shower barely put out any water, and the walls and doors looked like they hadn't been wiped down in the five years since opening. Breakfast was supposed to be included, and they gave us a checklist to choose from, but as the stay went on, nothing on it was available. I don't understand why they couldn't shop for the food. We couldn't get French toast, though eggs and bread were available. The pool was filthy. When I asked if there was a filter, they said yes, but one was sitting outside the pump room. After I pointed it out, they drained the pool that night, I guess to clean it. We left, and I wouldn't recommend staying here for a long visit.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the view is gorgeous. Nadelmar also has great coffee and food. A must-stay if you're travelling to oslob.

This was my first visit, with family visiting from Cagayan. We loved the place and will be back soon. The customer service was amazing from the front desk, where Sheena helped us, to the restaurant or café staff and even the lifeguard. Thanks for the wonderful experience and memories ❤️

The food is fairly priced, and the coffee is so good it's a must-try. The rooms were clean and had good ventilation, the pool was well looked after, and the beach was clean too. If you're lucky, you might spot turtles swimming. What made the stay special for me was the warm, welcoming staff, especially Anthony, who went out of his way to help me and my family with a smile. He deserves a raise!
