The rooms are cozy, and the place is right in the heart of town. The staff are really friendly and speak English well. They can suggest activities, arrange a scooter rental, or call a tricycle. I recommend staying here! :)

My plans changed when my flight was cancelled, so I didn't end up staying here. They accepted my cancellation without charging me. Thanks, that was really kind of you.

We chose this hotel because we needed to reach Dapa port very early in the morning. The location worked perfectly, and the room was spacious. The air conditioning wasn't a window unit, so it was quiet at night. They also arranged a tricycle to Dapa port for us. Very impressive service, and I'd recommend the place.

I was in Dapa for business, and the helpful, accommodating staff made this a convenient stay. The hotel is relatively new and centrally located, and it seems to be the nicest one in Dapa right now. Just keep in mind that there isn't a dining area yet, or even a desk in the rooms. The facilities are just a lobby and guest rooms, with no conference room, pool, gym, or other amenities. Dapa isn't much of a tourist town, either. If you want beaches or lagoons, staying here means paying more for transport. Gen. Luna, or "GL," is several kilometers away and too far to walk. This was written in Mar 2025.

The only real drawback for us was the limited breakfast choice. Otherwise, we had a good stay at IAO Boutique Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and felt like good value for the price. The staff were friendly and accommodating, too. With comfortable rooms at affordable rates, it's worth considering for a stay. ☺️
