There were hardly any other guests, which made the price situation even more annoying. We stayed here about two months ago and paid P850. I understand the increase to P900, but they told me that rate wasn't available and that only a P1,000 room was. They handed us a room price sheet, but every price on it was wrong. If you're a foreigner, don't bother going here. They'll see you coming and overcharge you.

The staff were unfriendly and unaccommodating, and the room felt old. There was no shower, the windows were terrible, and mosquitoes got inside. We paid 1k for one night.

There were lots of mosquitoes in the room, and there wasn't even Wi-Fi available there. The room price felt high for the service. I stayed Sunday afternoon and hoped to use the pool before checking out at 7am for an 8am business meeting. It was supposed to open at 6am for staying guests, but it was still closed around 7. The staff were rude and unaccommodating.

The room key card kept failing to open our door, so we had to keep dealing with the rude staff member. There was no free Wi-Fi, and some parts of the room had dead spots. I paid extra for additional pillows, but the ones they gave us were very flat and nothing like the regular pillows. The shower heater didn't work, which was the main reason we upgraded, and the water pressure was so weak that only a few drops came out. That extra upgrade money went to waste. At the booking desk, the staff member was horrible and very rude. After we saw the room, we asked to upgrade and were willing to pay. When their booking system slowed down, he told us to accept the room and asked why we were even trying to change it. His attitude was irritating. I would've given more stars if he'd been kinder or at least professional. We didn't get to complain because we had to attend a wedding and time was short. The stay was overpriced and the service was crappy. I'm writing this to warn others not to book here. You'll be disappointed. There are better options in Dapitan at the same price, with much better service.
