If you have a car, this is a great place to stay. The parking is very spacious, with a separate spot for each room.

The family room was budget friendly, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I hope they’ll add a hand spray in the toilet alongside the toilet paper. It would also help to have daylight lighting near the work table, since the warm light isn’t bright enough for paperwork or reading.

After arriving on a slightly rainy night, I found the rooms clean and cozy, though they’re all motel style rather than luxurious. It’s a good value for one night when transferring to Donsol. The location is convenient too, very near the airport, which you can reach on foot in about 15 minutes.

The staff were always smiling, friendly, and very accommodating. During my four-day stay I didn’t run into any problems. The sheets, blankets, and towels were changed daily, and the menu by the phone made it easy to order food. They serve SiLogs, and the food was good. My room had a phone, cabinet, table and chairs, cable TV, a small ref, and a shower with a heater. The place is comfortable and cozy, and the price is affordable, with rooms from P1500.00-P1800.00. You can see Mayon Volcano from here too, which is a nice bonus. It’s very near the airport, and you can walk to Neuhaus Inn. Planes take off and land nearby, but you hardly notice the noise inside the rooms. Tricycles wait outside, or you can ask the front desk to arrange one.
