This place was good 10 years ago. The pool needs to be drained and cleaned every year, with the inches-thick mouldy scum scraped off, and they should have a dedicated pool staff member. Right now it's a nasty big soup full of germs, all dancing along to the latest boring doof doof doof “music”.

The comfort rooms were filthy, and there was no cleaning staff around. The cashier barely acknowledged us and acted like serving us was a bother. Meanwhile, staff were gathered in a corner laughing, fooling around, and singing Videoke instead of checking on guests. Most concerning, there was no lifeguard at a pool where families and children were swimming. I even have photos of the staff at work, if the owner wants proof. This place felt like a circus, not a resort, and the owner should do something before the business is ruined. I’d give zero stars if I could.

We had such an enjoyable stay, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The resort itself was beautiful and kept in great condition. I’d happily come back and recommend it.

The food was incredible, and the pools looked amazing. I loved the tropical feel and design throughout the place. The staff gave great service, and the facilities were convenient. It was a wonderful experience, and I’d gladly return again and again.

The staff were accommodating, and it's a good place to learn to swim. The location is very accessible too.
