Spring Plaza Hotel

The food is simple but really enjoyable, and I especially love the breakfast omelette. Spring Plaza hotel is peaceful and quiet, with trees and a cool breeze outside and no traffic passing by. We’ve stayed there four separate times and enjoy our visits. We’ll be back!

The staff were friendly, lovely, and helpful, and the price was good. It was also conveniently located for where I was working. But the place needs a thorough clean, and it lacked basics like a kettle for drinks and a fridge. The cleaning is what makes me unlikely to return.

Chill atmosphere, a great place to stop at checkpoints or just get some rest.

On our second stay, another guest suddenly opened our locked room with a different key. It may have been an honest mistake by that guest, but the staff should have known the room was occupied. It felt like a serious invasion of our privacy, and we felt uncomfortable and unsafe for the rest of the stay. No one on staff acknowledged the mistake or even apologized, let alone tried to address it. We liked how close and convenient the location was before, but this negligence and lack of accountability are unacceptable. We won’t come back.
