Our family had a really important, special day, and the booking confusion made it much more stressful. The front desk staff didn't seem certain about our reservation or its extension, and it felt like they weren't communicating with each other. That caused us a lot of inconvenience. I hope the service and coordination improve so other guests don't run into the same problem.
The rooms were clean and the lounge felt cozy. Staff were nice and accommodating, too. There are restaurants close by, along with S&R, a convenience store, and a pharmacy. There's also a massage spa downstairs, but be sure to book ahead.
The room was clean and had enough space for two, and the staff were friendly. It's a simple but good place to stay, with food spots and cafes nearby. One thing that could use attention is the wall stickers, which were starting to peel. Still, we had a good stay.
I gave this rating because of how the employees treated us. They were accommodating and made an effort to meet our expectations.
A nice, laid-back place for simple guys and gals. In a September 2025 add-on, breakfast had stepped up with more menu choices, including fried chicken and chicken inasal.
