My Hotel

Whenever I'm in Davao City, this feels like my second home. The Wi-Fi is super reliable, everything is kept clean, and the staff are accommodating and dependable. Breakfast gets a 10/10 from me. Works well for families, couples, or solo travelers. Highly recommend it.

My family had a quiet stay in the double premier and twin premier rooms, and the basic comforts were there, including a TV and a large cabinet. The rooms were nice, though not quite up to modern standards. The hotel was being renovated, so some areas weren't clean, and the price felt a little high to me. Still, it was a comfortable stay with good service. The lobby was spacious, and we had free Wi-Fi and breakfast. The breakfast was good, though there was no one else there. For me, it was a decent place for a quiet stay with basic services, and better than dmorvies.

I stayed a week on the fifth floor and slept well, with no noise and no outside-facing window. The desk was useful, and the location is good for walking. Internet is fast when it works, though it runs on 48-hour vouchers and went out twice in the middle of the night. Free water was available, but there aren't enough outlets and there's no Netflix. You might find a better deal by checking desktop maps.

I spent four nights here and found it cheap and good value. It's right in town, with lots of places to eat nearby, including Big Bang eatery about 200m away and Kusina Dabaw, which is open 24 hours. There was a guard at the entrance, so security felt good. The ride from Davao airport took about 30 minutes by taxi and cost P260. Check-in on the second floor was smooth, and there was a lift. My room and bathroom were very clean, the air conditioning was cold, Wi-Fi worked well, and the shower was warm. They served a nice local breakfast with hot Nescafe 3-in-1. There was no water boiler, so bring your own drinking water.
