We keep coming back whenever work takes us out of town to Dumaguete. The service is good, and the restaurant makes delicious food. It's near robinson mall and close enough to walk to the boulevard. The room feels fancy, but the price is affordable.

Really nice rooms, kind staff, and a comfortable stay for the money. The place is clean and central, right on the main road. Their double doors help keep the traffic noise down.

We came back for a second stay because the place is so clean and the staff are lovely. I'm very fussy about room cleanliness, and they do a good job. On our first visit, we arrived in the last week of December, just after typhoon Odette hit the Visayas. Many establishments had no power, but this place had a generator. It's right in the city, within walking distance of Robinson mall and not far from other malls or the water front. The bathroom was clean, and the modern room was spacious, with a kettle, bottled water, television, warm lighting, and a very comfortable bed. There's a sliding glass door and double glazed glass, so traffic outside doesn't make much noise. Plenty of parking is available at the front and back. Breakfast is included with a room booking, with tea, coffee, or a glass of juice. It runs from 8am to 11:30am, which gave us time to sleep in. I'd suggest calling them to book directly, since their rate is cheaper than booking online. Highly recommended if you need somewhere in Dumaguete. Price, location, cleanliness, and staff all get a tick.

The location was excellent, and it's a very nice venue for functions. The food was superb, but we ran out of rice while there was still plenty of viand left. We're Filipinos and rice eaters 😆, so it wasn't great to find there was none left before we'd finished the food.
