The room had a coffee maker and room service, and meals were available for a fee. The shower water was hot, the internet worked well, and the staff were friendly. The location was a big plus, close to the bus terminal and Robinson, with a 7/11 right downstairs. Perfect place.

You can check in at 12:00 noon, and the staff are friendly. The room and hotel were clean and shiny, and there was a friendly security guard. It's super affordable and well placed for food, the bus terminal, Robinson mall, and other places.

The location was fantastic, with a Robinsons literally behind the hotel, a 7/11 next door, and a pharmacy nearby. The front desk staff were the highlight for us, really kind and helpful. They even kept our bags before check-in and after check-out so we could go on our tour without carrying them. The rooms were modern, clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the stay was one of the best affordable ones I've found. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. Would 100000% recommend.

4/10
The staff were easy to deal with and could communicate in English. The elevator worked, which saved time going up and down, and it wasn't busy during our stay. The basic room had no refrigerator. The shower head and bath mat were dirty and need replacing, as do the bathroom door hinges. The cabinet's sliding door was hard to open and close. The window-type AC worked but was loud. There were ants, the wall was dirty, and the linens had stains and looked used. As a hotel owner, I pay attention to details, and I found both good and bad things here.
