The room was okay, and the shower worked normally that day, including the warm water. The price was 354. I think my last visit was about one year ago, and the check-in service was poor. The staff came across as arrogant and not customer-friendly, even though customers are the ones bringing in the money for their salaries.

I asked whether they had seen my husband because the AirTag showed the hotel's location. I showed them a picture of him and our wedding photo to prove we were married, but they wouldn't help. They just told me to wait outside the hotel until he came out. The staff were not helpful at all.

The service was the worst part. At check-in and check-out, the staff didn't even say hello, then questioned us about minibar items like we were suspects. The room was underwhelming for ₱1,000. Netflix kept crashing with a 'too many users' message, and there was no WiFi in 2025. Their complimentary essentials amounted to a comically tiny soap. For ₱900 a night, Check-Inn Hotel near Lee Plaza gives you WiFi and a full toiletry set with a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, and shampoo. I tried this place out of curiosity, and now I know we won't spend another ₱1,000 here. Even basic motels in Cebu have better amenities and will actually help you get a cab. Premium prices for budget motel service, without the service. Save yourself the disappointment.

The location is good, and I was surprised by how tasty the fried chicken was. I just wish they'd include a sauce, maybe teriyaki or something.
