The owner is really accommodating, and you can rent a motorbike from them. The place is close to the beach, restaurants, bars, the market, and the church. 👏👏👏

Our ferry was canceled, which threw off the plan we’d made with our tour company. We had meant to stay here, go on the El Nido island hopping tour D, then come back for a shower before catching our flight that night. Because we had to take a ferry the following morning instead, the company gave up the hotel booking. We rushed through the tour anyway and went to reception to explain what had happened. The lovely woman there gave us soap and towels and let us use the shared washroom. She even set up two fans when she saw how tired we were. She really didn’t have to help us, and we wish we’d had time to stay and experience more of that kindness.

The location in the town center was the only thing I liked. For what they charge, I’d stay somewhere else. From the start, the taxi driver told us to walk down a gloomy alley to reach the hotel, which felt like a bad sign. There was no greeting when we arrived, and our reservation wasn’t in the system. The receptionist had to call someone to find it, then only told us “4th floor.” We’d booked a triple deluxe room, though I don’t understand how it could be called deluxe. There were two small double beds with only sheets, and the sheets were stained and dirty. The pillows had hairs on them, so I used my own pillow covers; there was hair and staining on the bedding too, which made us question the room’s cleanliness. The TV didn’t work, and there was no remote anyway. The bathroom was tiny, with a hole in the ceiling, cracked tiles, a soaking wet floor as if it hadn’t been cleaned after someone used it, and a large crack in the toilet system. There were no shower amenities, including the curtain or glass panel shown in the photos. The WiFi was awful. We struggled to connect and could only use it at reception. There was a booster hub on our fourth floor, but the receptionist refused to turn it on because, she said, there weren’t enough guests on that floor to justify it. Holes along the skirting let huge flying cockroaches into the room. Over four nights we saw around six cockroaches and lots of ants, which disturbed our sleep. The room looked nothing like the online pictures. When we asked about the difference, the receptionist insisted the photos weren’t from her hotel, despite the matching name and address, and wouldn’t tell us where they were from. I’m posting the same review on Agoda, booking.com, and Google Reviews because I don’t want anyone else to go through this.

The rooms are passable overall, though they need some renovation. There’s no hot water, and WiFi only works in the lobby.
