The hotel is now called ‘’TiramuSuites’’. The service was terrible. Even the toilet in the room they rented out hadn’t been cleaned, and the shared water dispenser went the whole day without being changed. For that price, there are much better places to stay. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. Hotel New Name ‘’TiramuSuites’’

The garden is beautiful, and that was what I liked most. The room itself was poor quality: no hot water, an air conditioner that sounded like a drilling machine, and a dirty bedsheet, though the towels were clean and new. I couldn’t sleep at night, and it seemed like bugs were biting me.

Room 101 had no lights, and it was very noisy because it was near the kitchen. Staff talked loudly, as if they were in the forest. I think the room may have been a storage space before. It still wasn’t ready at 5:00 pm, and when we arrived we saw the final preparations in the picture. Breakfast was extremely poor and didn’t taste good. For that price, you can find somewhere with friendly staff, better conditions, and good breakfast. I really don’t recommend this place. The owner made the experience worse: he was rude, unwelcoming, and unfriendly. When we asked for something, he said, “It’s not a 5 stars hotel! If you don’t like something book another!” He also said, “Why you European come there and complain! When are not your servant” and was racist.

A small, family-run hotel with a complimentary breakfast that’s simple but delicious, and an old-school gym guests can use for free. The whole team is friendly, attentive, and easy to approach. Sarah and the others really put in the effort to take good care of us. Recommended.

The people were nice, and I had a great stay. It’s a good spot for a local wanting to feel at home while away in the big city. The room is on the smaller side, but clean and sufficient for a relaxing stay in El Nido. Do your own research on tricycle fares to the nearby beautiful beaches, though, since the ladies there gave us mixed information.
