Dirty, dirty, dirty. The website and Google Maps made the hotel look perfect, and we booked four nights in the most expensive room, paying 80€ for a jacuzzi on the balcony. But everything was disgusting. The room and the toilet and shower were filthy, and we only got a cold shower. The jacuzzi was dirty too, barely worked, and took around 3 hours to fill. The AC felt more like a generator, it was so loud, and the air was sticky. The reception was really a living room shared with a big family. They were always there, with the TV at full volume and children shouting and running around. The crew seemed to do as little as possible. Try to avoid this place and book somewhere else.

We stayed here back in 2014 and chose the family room on the second floor, with a jacuzzi and a beach view. The room itself was good, but checking out was awkward because they gave me the wrong amount and tried to charge more. Our budget was already final, and we had nothing extra to pay. Also, the hotel doesn't serve breakfast.
Our ferry was cancelled, so we walked in and got a deluxe room for 3600++ Piso. We liked the beachfront view, and Micky, the hotel car, was there too. The room was spacious and clean, as was the shower. The water pressure was strong, though the hot water cut out every 2-3 minutes. We could hear guests talking and walking past because the room wasn't very soundproof. The hotel is right in the town center, with plenty of restaurants and bars. Tour companies for island hopping and diving, and bike rentals, are easy to find nearby.
The room was okay, and I liked the bed and pillows. We stayed three nights in a great location, with lots of well-known restaurants nearby. The water from both the jacuzzi and shower smelled bad, but otherwise everything was fine. They also let us check in early, which meant we could rest on our first day. Thanks to them! :)
I was out all day, so the room was okay for me, but the bed sheets and towels were very worn and need replacing. The AC wasn't enough, and the power went out for a few hours every night. Luckily they had a huge generator for those dark hours. It's a typical beachfront hotel in El Nido, and I'd recommend it if the view and location appeal to you. In my opinion, El Nido doesn't live up to the hype for natural beauty. Coron is nicer for island hopping, while El Nido is really more about nightlife, with lots of bars and clubs. I go to the Philippines for the water and reefs, though.
