Breakfast was a highlight: you pick what you want ahead of time, and they bring it to your room when you choose. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed, with a very comfortable bed and a lovely balcony. Fisheye Hotel is right in central El Nido but was still quiet and peaceful, which felt rare here. They also have handy services like scooter rental, laundry, and tour bookings. The staff were naturally kind and friendly, and for this quality the price is unbeatable. I only stayed one night and wish it had been longer.

The main drawback was the nightclub opposite the hotel. It can make a good night's sleep tricky. Apart from that, the location was fantastic, the service friendly, and breakfast really good. When we had a maintenance problem in the room, the staff arranged repairs straight away.

I loved that the smart TV came with Netflix and HBO max subscriptions. The food was great, with lots of choices for breakfast, including granola smoothie bowls, croissants, bread, and rice meals. There were a few hassles, though: the shower heater swung from cold to insanely hot with the slightest turn and couldn't be controlled, and the internet was slow enough to make working difficult. There was also always a party next door. They supplied earplugs, but we could still hear it a bit from our room.

The apartments are tucked behind the little shop, so they feel quite private. We stayed four nights with my partner and liked the location and the lovely staff. You can hear some bass from the bars at night, but it didn't affect our sleep. Great stay!

The room was large and spacious, and the location was good, but being so close to a nightclub meant it was loud. Keep that in mind. The stay itself was fine, though the girls at the desk were very rude and unhelpful.
