RedDoorz Plus at Tandikan Suites Caalan El Nido

Tandikan Suites was a pleasant place to stay in El Nido. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the free breakfast and coffee were simple but satisfying ways to start the day. The location made it easy to reach the beach, town, island tours, restaurants, and other attractions. For the money, it offers good value. If you're after somewhere clean and peaceful with convenient access and good service, I'd recommend it. We'd gladly stay again. Thank you! ❤️

I paid for two nights but left after the first and moved to an actual hostel in the city. It was a relief. The staff here were helpful and communicated well, but it seemed clear the owner didn't understand what backpackers need. The dorm is cheap, and they offer a very inexpensive shuttle into town, but getting there takes about 15 minutes on foot. At high tide, you have to walk through water, and after dark the route feels a bit spooky. In the room there are no lockers, bedside outlets, individual lights, privacy curtains, or even a key for guests. You have to rely on reception to let you in and lock up each time. They provide a towel and a toothbrush, which showed a complete lack of understanding of backpackers to me. This isn't a hostel.

Really enjoyed my stay at Tandikan Suites El Nido. The rooms were clean, the staff were lovely, and the spot near both the town and beach was perfect. Breakfast was free, and the coffee was the best. Great value, highly recommend, and I'd stay again. 🌴☕️🤎

The long van ride from Puerto Princesa to El Nido takes 5-6 hours, but once you arrive here it feels like a home away from home. The staff were so nice, and our room was clean and tidy. I'd definitely recommend it to friends and family. ❤️
