We stopped in for lunch on a rainy day, so the sea was a bit rough, but the view must be lovely when it’s sunny and calm. I had the chicken parmigiana, crispy with really good cheese. I’d never had it without pasta before, but the garlic bread made it a nice lunch. The food was delicious. I didn’t stay here, so I can’t comment on the rooms, but I’d recommend stopping by for a bite and the view.

I’ve stayed here several times and always come back to say hi to Jarrod, Camelot, Mckoy and Alimac. Great accommodation and bar, with lovely hosts and friendly locals.

Right along the highway, this place is simple and relaxing, with a lovely ocean view. The grilled porkchop is worth returning for, and having a meal while listening to the waves makes it feel even better.

The owner spotted my AC/DC shirt right away, haha, and the staff and owner are really personable. The bungalows sit in a private part of the island beside a beautiful swimming pool. Drinks are ice cold, the food is excellent, and the view is spectacular. I’ll definitely be back.

Getting around was a hassle because the store is remote, with no nearby entertainment or shopping. During our three days there, they never replaced the towels or bathing supplies, and the towels smelled musty. There was no hot water or hair dryer, which made bathing and daily routines difficult. The air conditioner was very loud, a real problem if you’re sensitive to sound. A rooster started crowing around two or three in the morning and kept going all day, so we couldn’t get proper rest.
