Ramada Encore by Wyndham Makati

The rooms were spotless and well cared for, which made it easy to relax. Staff were hospitable from the moment I arrived, always friendly and willing to help with whatever I needed. Things ran smoothly, and it was clear the team takes pride in welcoming guests. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

The hotel has a great feel and facilities for a comfortable stay, and the staff are polite and courteous. It’s in a nice part of Metro Manila. My one issue is the charge for extra bottles of water. That feels too expensive for a hotel of this standard.

I booked through Make My Trip after the website made the hotel look nice and decent, but the room I was given was terrible. It was dark and had no windows, with what looked like industrial-strength air conditioners. The hotel's response about the condition of the air conditioner felt evasive. This definitely wasn't a Ramada, based on the several Ramada hotels I've stayed at. I asked for a refund because I felt scammed and the pictures didn't match reality, but both the hotel and the Make My Trip app refused, even though I'm a gold-level client. I strongly don't recommend this hotel, and I'll avoid booking through Make My Trip too.

Room service was the part that needs work. Some requests were delayed so long that we had to go speak to the staff responsible ourselves. It didn't ruin the stay, but better follow-through would make the experience much better. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and being near the city makes it easy to reach restaurants, small shops, and groceries. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with excellent customer service and even small talk with guests.
