Hotel P.INC General Santos

The family room was quite large, but there were lots of mosquitoes even after we asked for a cleanup. We never got our deposit back because the receipt was lost, even though they had a copy. Be careful not to misplace the small towels or you'll be charged. Bad service.

The pool was a highlight, and the staff were super accommodating. I also appreciated being able to order breakfast when checking in, plus the mattresses and bedding were good quality. The comfort room felt a bit cramped, though. A chain lock or deadbolt on the room doors would make them feel more secure.

The pool is a good size and felt safe for kids. Breakfast is nicely presented and costs an extra 150, which I thought was worth it. In the middle of Gen San, it's a cheap, clean place with polite, helpful staff. A real find. I'd choose it again if I visit Gen San.

I spent the weekend here to unwind. The room was clean and spacious enough, the staff were accommodating, and the owner was kind enough to remind us about mosquitoes. Dayspring Cafe is a good addition, though it closes early, so order ahead. There's a small pond by reception. Delivery food was easy to get, and restaurants and a Savemore supermarket are within walking distance. I loved the pool for a dip and a few short laps.
