At 12:45 p.m. the next day, I got a text asking whether I was extending my stay. I said I was leaving right away, but the agent told me I already owed a mandatory extra hour. Nobody had told me the checkout time when I arrived. When I challenged that, a staff member said it was posted somewhere in the room. Guests shouldn't have to search for an important rule that staff left out at check-in. The late message and the fee felt like a deliberate trap, as if the delay was meant to make guests miss the deadline and pay extra without realizing it. The dismissive, unprofessional treatment made an already bad experience feel like financial entrapment and serious customer service negligence. Future customers, be warned.

They charged us extra for towels they said were dirty, even though cleaning them is the establishment's responsibility. The room was badly maintained and not worth those extra charges. The bed was very small, there were no blankets, and even shampoo and soap were missing. Completely disappointing and unacceptable.

The kids didn't even want to stay here. The service was awful, and the room felt dusty, crusty, and musty. The bathroom was bad too, the AC kept turning on and off, and the wifi was poor. Everything was dirty, and we didn't even use the items, yet we were charged for them to get more money. It felt like a total scam. Don't check in here, trust me. Deceptive tactics to get money.

The blankets were so small they seemed fit for a baby, and they charged 100 pesos for every stain on blankets or towels. The room was dusty, the wifi slow, the bedding itchy, and the aircon didn't work properly. A horrible experience, with very poor service. I won't recommend this place or come back. Don't even try staying here.
