The room was filthy and the owner/staff were unaccommodating. The stay was below standard. If negative ratings were possible, I'd give one. I don't understand how the city could have issued permits and certifications for this place.

A budget room that works well for students, though you'll need to bring your own toiletries. I've stayed four times with my students, traveling from Bacolod to Iloilo.

Near ICC, and good for four people. It has a mini kitchen inside, and at 1,400, it was a good deal.

Check-in was fast and the service was good, but getting there was a struggle. It took us 10 minutes to find the place because there was no sign and the Google Maps address wasn't exact. It was raining hard, so we had to cross a small bridge. The place was flooding, like we'd gone back to Noah's ark. The room was spacious, but smelled horrible and had bugs and insects, including on the beds. There was sand and insects on the floor, so we had to clean it ourselves. The towels were dirty, the bathroom was filthy, and the bathroom door was so hard to open that I nearly broke it. This is a warning!

If zero were an option, I'd give this a minus. The service was poor, and the agent was biased. I trusted them, but they didn't satisfy me.
