I checked in overnight on November 8. The location is great, within walking distance of a hospital, schools, shopping malls, government offices, and the city center, and the staff were friendly. The bed and linen were fine, but the room looked tired and needs refurbishment. The towels smelled a bit, the walls had lots of stains, and there were spider webs on the ceiling. The bathroom was disgusting and very cheap, with peeling paint on the walls, floor, and door, plus rusty locks and hinges. There was no cabinet for belongings, the TV was outdated, and mosquitoes and other insects were flying around. I mentioned the insects to reception when checking out. Thank you.

A safe and comfortable place in Iloilo City for individuals or groups. Nearby establishments cover everyday needs, and rides to different parts of the city are accessible. There is 24/7 security.

The price is the cheapest in the area, and the place is close to schools, hospitals, a plaza, churches, and malls. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and there’s a spacious parking area with a security guard at night. The room is basic but fine, with cool aircon, decent lighting, a table and chair, and a hanging rack with hangers. The bathroom is basic too, for bathing and washing, and Wi-Fi was okay. I’d recommend it for salespeople, auditors, and other business travelers on short or long stays. Thanks for a safe and memorable visit. We’ll surely come back. God speed. Eros has clean rooms with everything working. The TV picture was very good, and the remote was easy to use. The TV is in English and has recent movies. The aircon and bathroom were good too, and there are coat hangers.
