Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo

Shahlah Janzadeh made our visit especially smooth. She was kind, attentive, and helpful, and we really appreciated how much care she took to make things go well. The hotel itself was comfortable, with great accommodations and a convenient base for getting around Iloilo and nearby areas. We had a wonderful stay at Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle-free visit.

Park Inn Iloilo is in a handy spot right beside SM Mall, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and even a spa nearby. Breakfast was excellent, especially the authentic Filipino food, desserts, and fresh tropical fruit each morning. What made the stay memorable, though, was the staff. My parents, Ruby and Pablito, spent a month at the hotel. Angelo greeted us warmly every day, opened doors and elevators, and was always attentive and helpful. I joined them for the last week of their month-long vacation, and he helped with my bags at check-in and made sure I was comfortable. Peter from housekeeping also took excellent care of our room throughout the stay. He was kind, professional, and a pleasure to see each day, and his care never went unnoticed. We had a lovely visit and would happily stay at Park Inn Iloilo again. Angelo and Peter are a big reason why.

The team made this stay feel special. Angelo at the lobby was always around to help us and other guests, and was quick and professional. The security staff in the lobby and on the second floor were highly visible. At Ani restaurant and bar by the pool, Lienand, Keshia, Cinderella, Byron Ray, and the rest of their team were so welcoming and hospitable that my kids already know them. Ana, Mark's, and the other housekeeping staff made sure our needs were met, while John, Shaira, Ella, and the front desk team were approachable and professional. They greeted everyone with a smile even when busy. The hotel is clean and well maintained, with an accessible location within walking distance of SM Iloilo. Restaurants and places to eat are a few minutes away by foot or car, and the port for trips to Guimaras is a short drive. The food at Park Inn is delicious, with most items made from scratch. The soup can be salty sometimes, though they can adjust it to your taste. I highly recommend staying here. They clearly care about guest comfort, security, and management.

Breakfast at Ani Restaurant was excellent. Hanna and Kisha were warm and attentive, and their friendly smiles and professionalism made each morning pleasant. Francis, Kurt, and Cyron from room service also gave outstanding service. They were responsive and professional, always greeting us with genuine smiles, and helped make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful visit.
