What stood out during our stay at SMDC was how courteous the guards were. They were professional, approachable, and consistently helpful. The place was comfortable and well-maintained too, and I’d give it 5 stars.

We booked through Airbnb and stayed four nights last August at SMDC Style Residences in Iloilo. The unit was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. It felt safe, and having the big swimming pool downstairs added to our comfort. The location also made getting around easy, since it’s near SM City Iloilo and other establishments. My boyfriend and I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to couples or families visiting Iloilo.

The place was clean and comfortable, and I had a great stay. We had a little trouble with the water heater, but everything else was great. It’s within walking distance of SM City Iloilo and Megaworld is nearby too. Pool use costs P300 per person for the whole day.

Most condos in the area allow pets, but this one doesn’t. I hope management reconsiders the policy. Condo owners pay a lot and can barely rent their units because of it. Admin, please consider changing it.
