We booked through air b&b for a national convention, and the room was top-notch inside, with good lighting and all the amenities. The staff were friendly and easy to approach, and we used the pool as a place to relax. It’s easy to get around from here, with malls, restaurants, and businesses just a walk away. The security is tight, too.

We booked a room for five, but only three of us were allowed to use the pool, and it was under maintenance the previous night. We also waited about an hour just to get into our room. The staff weren’t accommodating. It was our first time, come on! They should have said when we booked that pool access was limited to three people. I’ll tell my friends not to go. Never again!

The common areas look nice, though they’re a little run-down and bland, and the bathrooms smell because of poor plumbing. There were two noise problems in my room: every morning at 8 AM, someone rings the doorbell to collect trash, and the front desk can’t stop it. Then this morning, the desk called to ask if I knew someone who had walked in and didn’t seem to know which room their contact was in.

We keep coming back with different hosts, and the front desk staff are friendly. It’s a great spot for us, with malls and restaurants all within walking distance.

The house rules feel suffocating, guests don’t seem welcome, and parking costs extra. For what they offer, it’s very expensive. The gym is also quite basic, especially for an exclusive condominium complex.
