The function hall's rustic wall design is nice, and I like that you can get to it without going through the hotel. It isn't spacious enough for a larger event, though. The restrooms look presentable, but the floor is untidy, the doors don't shut properly, the ceiling is open, and you need a tabo to flush. Water does flow. Restrooms matter everywhere, so I hope management pays attention to them.

We had our wedding there, and it was a wonderful event. The place is fairly central, close to the Obelisk in Ipil, with good infrastructure nearby and the fabulous Gaisano Mall just across the street. Service and rooms were okay, and the price wasn't too high. I'd avoid room no. 403, though. You may not get WiFi there, or you might get a bathroom visit from the cockroach "Frankie".

The staff are very friendly, which is a plus. Room size and cleanliness were okay, but housekeeping didn't come in to clean until checkout. The shower often gives only a trickle of water, and it takes a while to figure out the heater.

It's a budget hotel close to just about everything, right beside the 24-hr McDonald’s and a five-minute walk from the market and town proper. The elevator works and the event hall is usable, but maintenance is lacking. The swimming pool can't be used, some air conditioning units aren't working well, and some heaters don't work. The staff are a mixed bunch, some dedicated and some less so. The guard is very accommodating. Some rooms don't have intercoms, so you have to go down to the lobby.
