Casa Sarmiento Travelers Inn

April 11 - 12, 2021 The room was spacious enough to walk around in, and had a sink, good air conditioning, and cable TV. The bathroom had a bidet but no hot shower. The inn was being renovated when we arrived, but they still accommodated us. This was our team's first stay here, since we're trying new hotels and this inn is beside AA Traveller's. The staff were accommodating, helpful, and friendly. There's parking for guests, a sari sari store for small things, food stalls nearby, and a 7Eleven. The inn is also on the main road to Cagayan. Breakfast isn't free, but you can order meals, including lunch. They have a place set up where guests can cook, and it's known as a budget inn. The Wi-Fi was good, though we sometimes lost signal inside the room. I suggest adding another router. Our stay was okay and I'd recommend it. For contact tracing, they took a picture of our Valid ID and swab or antigen result. You can contact them to reserve. A wonderful stay overall, hope this helps.

My sister had already paid by credit card, but they told me they hadn't received my reservation through hotels.com. I guess it's a scam. The place and its surroundings were painful to look at, and I wouldn't call it suitable for tourists.

The staff are nice and friendly, and there are lots of places to eat nearby. They offer an Ilocano breakfast, so it's okay as a bed and breakfast. There's no hot or cold shower.

The owners are kind, hospitable, and accommodating. The air con and fan could use some improvement.
