Staff were friendly and courteous, and the room was small but okay. I liked the pool, so it was a good stay overall. When I arrived 90 minutes early, they told me there'd be an extra early check-in fee, which I obviously didn't pay. When I wanted to add another day, they preferred that I book online: they'd get 1000Peso while I'd pay 1200 Peso through Agoda. Paying them directly would cost 1400 Peso, which seems crazy.

The receptionist wasn't accommodating, and our privacy was invaded twice. They came in using the room key without knocking to check if the room was empty, even though the aircon was on and it was obviously occupied.

The hotel is in a prime spot in front of Airport road near rotunda in Laoag. I stayed one night on my solo North Loop trip and had a good experience: a nice room, decent service, friendly staff, and free breakfast. I booked through Agoda and got a big discount. There's also a swimming pool, so it seems kid-friendly for families. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos myself during the stay 🤣.

The service was bad, and staff invaded our privacy. Even though we'd locked the door, they used the room's key to get inside.

For less than $50 a night, it was a great deal. All four of us stayed one night, and breakfast for everyone was included. The room was basic but comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The pool was a nice surprise, with a decent size and fun slides for the kids. Can't complain at that price!
