Seeing the ocean from my room was the best part. I love the sea, and the view felt calming and mesmerizing, making my stay especially memorable. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and my room was clean, nice and well organized. I had a wonderful stay and especially loved the ube bar dessert and triple cheese. They were delicious, and I'd recommend trying them.

The peaceful atmosphere was one of my favorite parts of staying at Arterra Hotel and Resort. It wasn't overcrowded, and the view made it a good escape from busy city life. The pool was especially well maintained, and the other amenities were in good shape. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a relaxing feel that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The staff were warm and accommodating from the moment I arrived, and check-in went smoothly with everything explained clearly. As a first-time guest, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the visit turned out memorable. Food was decent with enough variety, and the dining area was calm. Some things could still improve, but I left relaxed and satisfied. I'd consider coming back for a quiet getaway or short vacation.

It's quiet here because the hotel is away from everything, which is also why it's hard to get a Grab. The views are unmatched, the rooms are great, and the food is amazing. Staff were responsive to requests: the bidet wasn't working when I arrived, but they fixed it within 30 minutes. The guard at the door is very good and courteous to guests. It's a perfect place to relax and unwind. I'll definitely come back on my next vacation here. I can't thank everyone enough.

Getting a Grab for pickup was sometimes difficult because Arterra Hotel and Resort is quite removed, and more dining options on site would have improved the stay. Still, the views are stunning and really make the place memorable. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the fitness room was functional and fine for a basic workout. Breakfast was included, which was convenient. A pleasant stay with solid amenities and excellent scenery.
