Mercure Mactan Cebu

The hotel has a private beach where you can have lots of fun and go snorkeling. The restaurant food was yummy, and the service there was friendly. My room was spacious and very clean too. I arrived early because of my flight, and three cheerful trainees made check-in such a great start. They let me into my room early and suggested things to do while I waited. Housekeeping also fixed a light that wasn't working without me even asking. The staff were top-notch, and this was the best hotel I've stayed at. 50 stars 🤩

The rooms were good quality, and the location was nice. I had an amazing time at the resort, with friendly staff, tasty restaurant food, and a great beach club with a pool and access to the sea. Highly recommended.

We left feeling refreshed and grateful, and we're already looking forward to returning. The whole team made us feel welcome and cared for, with warmth, professionalism, and real attention to detail. Melky, Kent, and Renz deserve special thanks for making every meal feel special. Their dining service was attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. Meka Mae from housekeeping also kept our room immaculate and comfortable, and we noticed the considerate touches. The massage ladies were skilled and professional, adding even more relaxation to our stay. Thanks as well to everyone working behind the scenes and out front. Your teamwork and positive attitude really showed. We had a truly enjoyable stay at this beautiful hotel and highly recommend it.

There’s plenty around the hotel, from local food markets and restaurants to 7-11’s, and the area felt safe. We also took a trike ride around Mactan to see the villages, fish and meat markets, and tourist spots. The hotel itself gets very busy, with people from all over the world. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were excellent. The local pool and beach club are really nice, though they need more shaded spots. Some guests left towels on chairs and under umbrellas all day, then only used them briefly.
